Read or wait for events collected in the inspection session: console messages, exceptions, request start/finish/fail, breakpoint pauses, navigations, issues, service worker and animation events, recording completion. Use afterId to page forward; wait:true blocks until a matching event arrives.

Parameters

tabId · integer

Target tab id from browser_tabs, which lists tabs across all windows. Defaults to the agent’s most recently opened usable tab, or the only usable tab. Otherwise select a listed tabId.

method · string

Filter by event method substring or regex, e.g. “Debugger.paused”, “loadingFailed”, “console”

regex · boolean

 

text · string

Filter by summary text

afterId · integer

Only events with id greater than this

wait · boolean

 

timeoutMs · integer

Range: … to 120000.

limit · integer

Range: … to 500.
